WE CARE – At Friends Lake Inn, we want to continue to be your Number 1 destination in the Adirondacks, creating lifetime memories for you. 

Due to our intimate size and our location, last-minute cancellations give us little chance of filling space and changing the resources allocated to serve our guests. Any reservations made can be canceled or the dates modified at least 15 days prior to your arrival date.

If you need to cancel your reservation within 14 days of your arrival, a refund of the deposit will not be applicable. You are always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place. Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed reservation dates, you will be responsible for all of the original room nights booked from your intended stay.
